Furniture and Furnishing Packages

Our professional Interior Design and Show Home Consultancy now offers a range of complete, stylish Rental Packages for Landlords and Agents that incorporate everything required to finish a property ready for residential or holiday letting and which take the headache out of furnishing a home.  These Packages include: -

• Furniture Package, TV & Audio Package, Contemporary Soft Furnishings, Stylish Accessories (towels and bedding optional extras), Lighting, Bathroom Fittings, Pictures, Mirrors, Kettle, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Iron & Board, Crockery, Pans, Cutlery.

Standard Packages are delivered within three working weeks and priced according to property size.  Examples of our inclusive prices are:- 

• 1 Reception, 1 Bed 1 Bath Property:                   £ 5,250 

• 1 Reception, 2 Bed, 2 Bath Property:                  £ 6,500 

• 2 Reception, 3 Bed, 2 Bath Property:                  £ 9,500 

• 2 Reception, 4 Bed, 3 Bath Property:                 £11,500

• 3 Reception, 4 Bed, 3 Bath Property:                 £13,000

• excluding VAT

We are highly flexible and easy to work with and can tailor any Package to your particular requirements.  We are happy to offer discounts for multiple orders. 

The Service includes delivery, placing all furniture, bathroom fittings, pictures and accessories and home staging and dressing the property, ready for your Tenants to simply move straight in.   

We can also arrange an optional full or part-redecoration refresh – say, in between tenants - to completely transform a property and maximize its rental potential.
